Executive Leadership Team
Christa joined One GI in September of 2021, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in leading and transforming multi-specialty healthcare systems.
Christa has a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating positive change in the healthcare industry. She has a proven track record of achieving outstanding results in challenging and dynamic environments.
Before taking on the role of CEO at One GI, Christa served as the COO for One GI. Prior to One GI, she was the Division President at Integrated Oncology Network, one of the largest oncology multispecialty medical groups in the country. There, she was responsible for overseeing the operational and financial aspects of the organizations, as well as leading their growth and expansion initiatives. She led ION to achieve notable enhancements in patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance. She has served in various executive roles at different multi-specialty practice healthcare systems throughout her career. Christa holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Southern University.
As the CEO, Christa oversees all aspects of One GI’s operations and strategy, with a focus on enhancing patient care, driving growth, improving efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence. One of Christa’s primary objectives is to positively influence the continuum of care in all One GI practices. She can identify areas to improve, create new strategies, and meet business goals – all while keeping the team optimistic and hopeful.
Christa’s core value is to foster a culture at One GI where everyone feels acknowledged and respected. She firmly believes that this kind of environment is essential for providing high-quality patient care, which is the ultimate goal of One GI.

Leanne Binkley serves as Chief Legal Officer of One GI, bringing more than 15 years of healthcare legal and operational experience to the organization. She provides strategic legal leadership across One GI, partnering with physicians, executive leadership, and operational teams on a broad range of healthcare, regulatory, compliance, corporate, and business matters.
Prior to joining One GI, Leanne served as Assistant General Counsel at Cencora, a global healthcare company leading legal support for it’s MSO division. Her career also includes senior legal roles with publicly traded companies Tenet Healthcare and Lifepoint Health and private equity backed CarePoint Health. She also serviced in various hospital operational leadership roles at Health Management Associates, including hospital COO.
Throughout her career, Leanne has developed deep experience at the intersection of healthcare law and operations. Her background gives her a practical, business-oriented perspective on navigating complex regulatory environments, supporting healthcare providers, managing risk, and enabling organizations to grow while maintaining a strong commitment to compliance and patient care.
Leanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University and earned a dual J.D./M.H.A. degree from Saint Louis University. Her combination of legal expertise, healthcare administration experience, and operational leadership positions her to help One GI advance its mission of supporting physicians and strengthening independent gastroenterology practices.
As Chief Legal Officer, Leanne is focused on providing thoughtful, strategic counsel that enables One GI and its physician partners to grow responsibly, operate with integrity, and remain focused on delivering exceptional care to patients and the communities they serve.
Matt Parker brings over 17 years of healthcare finance and accounting experience to his role as Senior Vice President of Finance at One GI. He is passionate about creating efficient, transparent financial systems and empowering teams to drive operational and strategic success. Matt’s expertise includes financial leadership, revenue cycle management, ERP implementation, organizational design, and revenue recognition.
Prior to his current role, Matt held several finance leadership positions at Lifepoint Health, including Vice President of Finance and Operations Controller, as well as roles at Vanguard Health Systems, and LBMC. He is recognized for mentoring teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring financial strategies support patient care and organizational growth.
Matt holds dual BS degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is a licensed CPA in Tennessee.
Carol Farris brings over 20 years of healthcare operations leadership to her role as Regional Vice President of Operations at One GI. She is passionate about driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and executing complex initiatives that foster sustainable growth. Carol’s expertise includes hospital and physician practice management, strategic planning, provider recruitment, contract negotiation, change management, and organizational development.
Prior to joining One GI, Carol served as Chief Operating Officer at Orthopaedic Institute of North Mississippi, Interim CEO and COO at Merit Health Wesley, and Assistant CEO at Gilmore Memorial Hospital. She also led business development and marketing initiatives that optimized operations and expanded market presence.
Carol holds an MBA in Healthcare Economics from Christian Brothers University and a BBA in Economics from the University of Mississippi. She is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Liberty University and is recognized for her contributions to professional and community organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives, The Boys & Girls Club and Rotary International.

Maria Khan is a marketing executive with extensive experience driving multi-channel marketing, digital engagement, and brand growth across healthcare organizations. She is passionate about leveraging data and innovative strategies to enhance patient experience, community outreach, and organizational culture.
Maria is Vice President of Marketing at One GI, leading strategies across 50+ locations and 16 brands. She oversees external and internal marketing, vendor relationships, digital campaigns, and analytics to drive patient acquisition, engagement, and brand impact. Previously, she held leadership roles at Urgent Care Group and Ennovo Group, implementing revenue-focused programs, enhancing patient experience, and integrating acquisitions. She taught marketing at Middle Tennessee State University, mentoring future professionals.
Maria holds an MBA and BBA in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University.
Tom Wright brings over 25 years of IT leadership experience, specializing in healthcare technology operations, network administration, and enterprise system management. He is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and deliver reliable support to large, complex organizations.
Tom is the Vice President of IT at One GI, overseeing IT for 17 practices across 44 sites, supporting 138 physicians and 1,500 staff. He manages EMR systems, network infrastructure, virtual servers, and communications platforms. Previously, he held IT leadership roles at Gastro One, International Paper, Alpha Therapeutic, and Physiotherapy Associates, focusing on operational excellence and team development.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Union University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Harding University.
