One GI® Expands Mississippi Presence by Welcoming Digestive Health Specialists
Memphis, TN (March 2, 2021) – One GI®, a gastroenterology management services organization formed by Webster Equity Partners (“Webster”), has acquired Digestive Health Specialists (“DHS”) in Tupelo, Mississippi. Headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, One GI® identifies and partners with leading gastroenterology practices seeking a strategic partner to provide capital and management services to help foster growth, drive economies of scale and deliver the highest quality care to patients.
Formed in April 2020, One GI® is comprised of leading gastroenterology practices through Tennessee, Mississippi and Ohio. Established in 1999, Digestive Health Specialists is the largest independent GI practice in Tupelo, MS. The DHS team is comprised of 10 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers. One GI® is led by Chairman Michael Dragutsky, M.D. Dr. Dragutsky commented, “We’re excited to be joining forces with DHS and continue to extend our reach throughout our home states of Tennessee and Mississippi.
