Memphis, TN (January 4, 2021) – One GI®, a gastroenterology management services organization formed by Webster Equity Partners (“Webster”), has partnered with Associates in Gastroenterology (“AIG”) in Nashville, Tennessee, and Gastroenterology Associates and Endoscopy Center of North Mississippi (“GANM”) in Oxford, Mississippi. Headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, One GI® identifies and partners with leading gastroenterology practices seeking a strategic partner to provide capital and management services to help foster growth, drive economies of scale and deliver the highest quality care to patients.

Formed in April 2020, One GI® is comprised of Gastro One, the largest GI practice in the state of Tennessee, and welcomes the addition of AIG and GANM. AIG and GANM are the largest independent GI practices in Nashville, TN and Oxford, MS, respectively. One GI® is led by Chairman Michael Dragutsky, M.D. Dr. Dragutsky commented, “By joining forces with AIG and GANM we’re excited to extend our reach throughout our home states of Tennessee and Mississippi. Nashville offers multiple opportunities for further expansion and we are excited about the opportunity. Both AIG and GANM are excellent physician groups and are fantastic additions to our organization. This is an exciting step to continuing our growth throughout the Mississippi and Tennessee markets.”

“This partnership is an exciting opportunity to join forces with the leading physician-centric management services organization,” said G. Whit James M.D., AIG’s President. “As we looked towards our future, we saw the need as physicians to join forces to better compete with increasingly large health systems and payors. Importantly, we wanted a partner that shared our philosophy of excellent patient service and devotion to clinical quality, which Dr. Dragutsky and One GI® exemplify. Our partnership immediately increases our scale and gives us access to unmatched data analytics and business expertise.”

“We are excited to enter into this partnership with One GI®,” said David Bridgers M.D., GANM’s President. “We wanted to partner with the leading physician-centric management services organization. Our fellow One GI® physicians share our philosophy of world-class GI healthcare and a devotion to clinical quality.
