One GI® Expands into Kentucky and Indiana by Welcoming Gastroenterology Health Partners

Memphis, TN (April 22, 2021) – One GI®, a gastroenterology management services organization formed by Webster Equity Partners (“Webster”), has acquired Gastroenterology Health Partners (“GHP”) in Louisville, Kentucky, and southern Indiana. Headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, One GI® identifies and partners with leading gastroenterology practices seeking a strategic partner to provide capital and management services to help foster growth, drive economies of scale and deliver the highest quality care to patients.

Formed in April 2020, One GI® is comprised of leading gastroenterology practices throughout Tennessee, Mississippi, Ohio, and now Kentucky and Indiana. Established in 2012, GHP represents a merger of 3 legacy groups each of which was established more than 20 years ago. The group is the largest independent gastroenterology practice in Kentucky. The GHP team is comprised of 16 physicians and 12 advanced practice providers across Louisville and Lexington Kentucky, and southern Indiana.
